Customer Service and Communication Strategies

“They will address the difficult issue saying “no” to golf course patrons. Some patrons are powerful and influential people that are not accustomed to being told “no”. This creates a great deal of stress for superintendents and staff. A better understanding of how to communicate with patrons, as well as increasing the quality of communication between staff members of all levels will aid in providing excellent customer service even in the most difficult of situations."
