Mr. Bryan Stromme will share is knowledge and his experience on several topics including:

• The evolution and existence of golf course management companies and the opportunities within them.
• How a simplified approach helps assistants define and achieve success in the golf industry.
• Reasons he left a position that he loved.

Mr. Stromme spent the last 12 years with Billy Casper Golf having recently accepted a position with Rain Bird as a District Sales Manager.  

Mr. Sam Mackenzie, CGCS, will cover how he manages his operations at Olympia Fields Country Club. He’ll talk about how he delegates to his Assistants and how you can and should be asking your superintendent for increasing responsibility through trust and work ethics.

Mr. Craig Shepherd, ProGro Solutions will discuss the fascinating world of bringing a chemical product to market. He’ll also discuss the same process with turfgrass seed and explain how shortages can occur.
