Don Ferreri, MAGCS Chapter Delegate will lead the discussion about the upcoming GCSAA election. Wee One Foundation will make a short presentation on their progress and future plans.

Speaker Profiles:

Ed Nangle - "Results of the Golf Course Water Study and Survey” Dr. Nangle will present his findings from a study completed on area golf courses looking at water quality as it flows through our courses. He will also present some preliminary results and discussions on wetting agent use and their impact on putting green surface firmness.

Seth Jones - Editor in Chief of Golfdom “Stories That Don’t Make the Page.” Seth travels the US and beyond to gather information and promote one of the oldest resources for golf course superintendents, Golfdom. Seth will share his insights about our side of golf and share his experiences of the people and stories he hears that may not be fit for print.

Chili Cook Off - Back by popular demand!  
All are invited to take part in the Chili Cook Off. If you’ve got a good Chili, bring it on! All the participants will judge the Chili entries and the winner will be crowned, Midwest Chili Champ.

Refreshments provided by Two Brothers Brewing Co.
