EDUCATION: "The mathematical argument for the discriminate need for fertilizer and pesticides in the 21st century." Dr. Thom Nikolai, Michigan State University will cover the history of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides and their impact on the planet. He'll talk about resistance, regulations, research on nutrient leaching, and dermatological exposure and where they fit with mechanical and cultural BMPs.

"Mentoring Up" - A Panel Discussion focused on managing Millennials and Generation Zs. Panel includes John Hardee & Craig Smith, Chicago Golf Club and Brian Chasensky and Tyler Jackson, Northmoor Country Club.
