Alternative sources for project funding

All Midwest members are invited to play and attend the event; you don't have to compete in the championship.

Competitors will be flighted based upon your Handicap index by the golf committee. Those not competing in the Championship may request playing

partners/groups/pairings.

All flights other than Championship Flight will play in both gross and net events. Multiple flights are allowed provided you play from the correct tee. Tees will be assigned on event day.

**Please note: Crystal Lake Country Club operates as a cash only club and does not process credit cards. Please plan accordingly.

Also, please remove hats upon entering the clubhouse.

Proper golf attire, please no denim.
