Mission
The Midwest Association of Golf Course Superintendents exists to promote professionalism and integrity, to provide networking, education and career enhancement opportunities to all members who facilitate the growth and enjoyment of golf.

Vision

• Represent the golf course management profession both locally and nationally.
• Meet the developmental needs of the membership through education, research and other technologies.
• Become the resource for employment opportunities in the Midwest area.
• Recognize and promote key golf course management positions throughout the industry.

The MAGCS leadership begins each new board season reviewing its mission and vision to make certain it is on track. Furthermore, each board of director meeting, time is placed on the agenda to develop new strategies for advancement.
